What is a buyer rebate?
The buyer rebate is money given to the person that is buying the house! Simply put, we will rebate a generous share of our earned commission (up to 1% of Sales Price of the home) back to you when your home closes escrow. The buyer rebate is fully legal ours will save you thousands!
Home buyers need someone to walk them through the process, get them into view homes and understand the documentation required then help them negotiate when buying a home. The buyers agent is paid by the Listing Agent by splitting the commission previously agreed to be paid by the seller in their listing agreement.
